CAE技术在换热器成形工艺开发中的应用

【摘要】 空调行业近几年来发展十分迅速,目前我国已成为全球最大的空调生产国和消费市场。随着空调制冷设备向高效节能和小型化方向发展,新型管件正得到不断的应用:内螺纹换热管正在替代传统的光管;内螺纹管的高效齿形,如人字齿、交错齿正在代替传统的山型齿;新型异性截面、微细尺寸子通道的扁管、多孔管正在替代传统的圆形截面管。这些强化传热的复杂结构管在为空调行业的发展注入活力的同时也对管成形技术提出了更高的要求。随着计算机和有限元数值模拟技术的飞速发展,为利用CAE技术研究和开发散热器成形加工工艺提供了有利的工具。换热器成形工艺具有结构复杂、微结构和宏观结构同时变形等特点,为仿真计算带来困难。本文以空调换热器为研究对象,介绍了近年来将CAE仿真技术应用于空调换热器制造行中所涉及的管弯曲,管束折弯,内螺纹管胀管,异型管弯曲等主要成形工艺中的一些实例,结果表明CAE技术对于优化换热器成形工艺、提高成形质量至关重要。

【Abstract】 China has become the largest air-conditioner manufacturer and consumer around the world,with the fast development of air-conditioner industries in recent years.High efficiency and energy saving are the trend of air-conditioner equipments,and then new type tubes are developed and applied.Inner-grooved heat exchanger tubes has been replacing conventional smooth tubes;more and more new groove designs appeared;irregular section tubes,micro channel flat tubes and multi-hole tubes has been replacing conventional round tubes.Meanwhile,the application of those new tubes also brings much challenge to tube forming technology.With the rapid progress in the fields of computer and finite element method,CAE technology has become a powerful tool for studying and developing forming processes of heat exchangers,which involves the combined deformation of micro and macro structures.In this paper,some researches on the application of CAE technology to heat exchanger forming processes,such as round and irregular tube bending,heat exchanger bending,inner grooved tube expanding,are introduced.The results show that CAE technology is a key factor to optimize forming process and improve product quality.
