熔融铝液遇水爆炸的热力学特性分析

【摘要】 在大量关于熔融铝液遇水爆炸反应的实验研究基础上,对铝液与水混合过程的热力学特性进行了初步的理论分析;研究结果表明:在一定条件下,铝水混合过程中水的比内能是随着铝水质量比的增大而提高,相应的能量转化率也随之变大;当初始条件或铝液温度改变时,铝水混合过程中水比内能及能量转化率的总变化规律保持不变。并得出铝液遇水爆炸反应的温度下限为740℃,与理论分析结果基本一致。
【Abstract】 Numerous experimental investigations have been carried out to analyse the explosion of molten aluminum and water,and the preliminary thermodynamics analysis of the melt and water premixing stage has been proceeded on the basis of those.The analysis results show that,under certain conditions the specific energy of water and corresponding energy conversion increased,with the increasing of the mass ratio of molten aluminum and water in the premixing stage;however,while the initial conditions of analysis or the temperature of melt altered,the variation trend of specific energy of water and energy conversion still keep constant In the meanwhile,the minimal temperature threshold of explosion on the current conditions is about 740℃,consistent with nucleation theory.
