基础简谐激励下的结构动响应拓扑优化

【摘要】 针对结构在基础简谐激励下的响应控制问题,从结构响应拓扑优化的角度展开研究。首先,将基础简谐激励下的响应控制问题归结为结构在体积约束下目标点响应幅值最小化的优化模型;在此基础上,推导了有阻尼结构在基础简谐激励下关心自由度响应幅值的灵敏度公式;最后,采用节点变密度法解决该优化问题。为了改善经典变密度法在优化过程中灰度单元收敛过慢的问题,采用一种灰度过滤方法,从而减少了变密度法优化的迭代步数并且使优化结果更清晰。以平面悬臂板模型为例,验证了本文提出的优化方法对目标点响应的优化,以及灰度过滤函数对优化迭代的改善,表明了本文提出方法的合理性和有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper considers the vibration reduction and control of structure under foundation harmonic excitation from the prospect of structural response topology optimization.First,the optimization model is established with an aim for minimization concerned point’s dynamic response under global volume constraint.Based on the optimization model,sensitivity of aim function is derived then optimized by optimality criteria method.In order to improve the low convergence ability of gray density variables,a gray variable filter method is adapted in this paper.Illustrated examples are presented both for verification and application for the dynamic response optimization and the effect of new gray variable filter method.
