基于NFAL的非接触式直线型作动器定子的分析设计

【摘要】 近声场作用方式,通常被称作NFAL(Near-Field Acoustic Levitation),它与通常利用驻波远声场的悬浮现象有根本的区别。这种新型作动器是依靠激发平板行波所产生的高声强声场来悬浮并驱动物体沿行波方向运动的,其中被传送物体的悬浮高度在几十到几百微米间。对作动器的核心驱动部件——压电换能器的动态特性进行了理论分析和结构优化设计。对加工制造的样机进行了模态实验,获得相关的动态特性参数,验证了结构设计方案的合理性,为下一步研究近声场的作用规律以及建立基于声悬浮的直线型作动器的数学模型奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The suspension mechanism based on NFAL(Near-Field Acoustic Levitation) is fundamentally different from that in standing wave levitation.The proposed linear noncontact type actuator can levitate and carry the object along the direction of traveling wave in the planar plate,which produces the high intensity acoustic field.Moreover the object is suspended at the height only between tens and hundreds of microns.For the important component of linear noncontact type actuator,ultrasonic transducer,the theoretical analysis and optimization design were carried out.The prototypes were manufactured and the modal parameters were measured.Then the validation of the analysis and design for the novel actuator stator was obtained,which laid the foundation for the further study on the NFAL mechanism and the corresponding mathematical model representing the complete actuator.
