考虑面层约束时蜂窝芯的面内弹性模量

【摘要】 本文研究面板约束效应对蜂窝面内弹性性能的影响,建立了考虑面板约束的蜂窝位移模式,并推导出蜂窝材料的面内等效弹性常数的显式公式,探讨了蜂窝几何参数对其弹性常数的影响规律。通过与已有理论结果比较可见:面板约束对蜂窝材料的面内等效弹性常数有显著影响,本文导出的理论预测公式较好的预报了蜂窝材料的弹性性能,有一定的工程应用价值;
【Abstract】 This paper studies skin-effect on in-plane elastic behavior of honeycomb. Displacement representations are established including skin-effect.Explicit analytical formulae are derived.Finally,rules of elastic constants affected by geometrical parameters are discussed.A comparison of the predicted results by the present model and by existing models indicates that skin effect shows marked impact on in-plane effective elastic constants of honeycomb material and the present model is applicable.
