复合材料结构压缩破坏分析的自适应分层元法

【摘要】 本文提出了一种用于分析复合材料层合板分层损伤的有限元方法—三维自适应分层元法,能够根据分层损伤的发生和扩展自动生成子层单元,从而既能真实模拟复杂的分层损伤过程与状态,又提高了建模效率和计算效率,并以空间杆元模拟子层间的接触,基于几何非线性有限元方法,并结合生死单元技术对复合材料圆筒压缩破坏吸能过程进行了有限元建模模拟分析,取得了与试验结果相符的计算结果,实现了复合材料结构特殊的破坏吸能过程的动态仿真,为复合材料结构的损伤破坏分析提供了可靠、精确、高效的分析方法。

【Abstract】 A three-dimentional self-adapted delamination element method used to model the delamination failure of composite laminates is developed in this paper.The sub-laminate elements are created automatically when the delamination damage occurs and propegation,thus the simulation of delamination failure states are close to the reality also speed of modeling and calculation are improved.The sub-laminates of an element have independent transverse freedom degrees and in-plane freedom degrees,so that sub-laminate buckling and separation can be simulated accurately.Space bar elements were used to avoid the reasonless crossing between upper and nether sub-laminates.Energy-absorption processes of damaged composite cylinders under quasi-static compress load were analyzed based on geometrical nonlinear finite element analysis and the life-and-death element technique is used to model the flaking off of the damaged elements. The analysis results and experiment data are in good agreement.
