橡胶绝热复合材料热防护数值模拟方法

【摘要】 本文应用工程软件ANSYS的参数化设计语言(APDL)编制程序,建立了复合材料瞬态温度场烧蚀的物理数学模型,利用"杀死"单元的方法实现动边界退移的烧蚀与热传导耦合计算,从而完成了对烧蚀尺寸变化的定量描述;对热解过程中潜热的处理,采用ANSYS中处理相变的方法,通过定义材料随温度变化的焓来考虑潜热。计算中考虑了烧蚀、热解以及辐射和对流热损失,数值计算了橡胶绝热复合材料的温度场、烧蚀率和烧蚀质量损失,研究烧蚀特性和烧蚀机理,为热防护设计提供理论基础。
【Abstract】 In this paper,The APDL language which is the parameter design language of engineering software ANSYS is used to compile programs to build transient temperature distribution and the ablation physics - mathematical model of composite material.Using the way of"killing"elements,the model is employed to realize coupling calculation of thermal and the moving ablation face analysis and obtain the quantificational description of the ablation dimension. The phase change method of ANSYS is used to simulate latent heat in the pyrogenation by defining enthalpy which changes with temperature.Considering the effect of ablation、decomposition、radiation and convective loss,the temperature distribution、ablation rate and the mass losing of rubber adiabatic composite maretial are calculated.The ablative characteristic and mechanism are also studied.The simulation provides the base for the thermal protection design.
