玻璃纤维平面织物法向渗透率实验研究

【摘要】 纤维预制体渗透率系数是复合材料液体成型工艺(LCM)研究中必须准确确定的重要参数。本文采用自行设计的实验装置,探索出实验方案,对辅助压力作用下液体沿纤维平面法向的渗透特性进行了初步研究。通过改变初始压力的大小,测试了植物油在玻璃纤维预制件中的渗透规律。分别采用传统的数据处理方法和分段差值法来处理数据,并对两种方法得出的结果进行比较,分段差值法计算出来的结果更准确。实验结果表明注射压力不影响液体对纤维的渗透率,这对RFI工艺有重要的指导作用。
【Abstract】 Accurate measurement of the fibrous preforms permeability is important in the liquid composite molding processes.In this paper we design the equipment and do some elementary study on the transvers permeability of liquid in the fibrous preforms.We test the permeability law of oil in the glass fibrous preforms by changing the original pressure.This paper use two methods,traditional and subsection,to process data and we find that results in the later one is more accurate than the former one after the comparison.In the end,the inject presure can not influence the experiment result which has an important instruction function to RFI craft.
