基于双尺度渐近方法的ZrB2-SiC陶瓷细观热应力分析

【摘要】 本文基于双尺度渐近方法,对ZrB2-SiC陶瓷的细观热应力场进行数值模拟,研究了不同SiC夹杂含量及不同SiC夹杂颗粒尺寸对细观ZrB2-SiC陶瓷单胞热应力场分布的影响,得到以下结果:在ZrB2-SiC陶瓷材料制备冷却过程中,SiC含量越高,材料越容易产生微裂纹;当夹杂含量一定时,SiC夹杂颗粒的尺寸越大,材料越容易产生微裂纹。数值计算结果与扫描照片中所反映的现象是吻合的。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the meso-scale thermal stress fields were computed numerically based on two-scale asymptotic method.And the effects on thermal stress distribution ofmeso-scale unit cell of ZrB2-SiC ceramics,which are due to the different volume fraction of SiC inclusions and the different size of SiC inclusions,were discussed.At last,some results were given.In the cooling process of ZrB2-SiC ceramics,the cracks are more easily generated with the increase of the volume fraction of SiC inclusions;if the volume fraction of SiC inclusions is fixed,the same effect appears with the increase of the size of SiC inclusions.These results have a good agreement with the phenomena the micrographs implied.
