Z-pin增强对复合材料Ⅰ型断裂韧性的影响

【摘要】 复合材料层压板的主要缺陷是厚度方向刚度和强度弱,在使用中容易引起分层。分层是航空复合材料结构最严重的破坏形式之一。Z-pin增强是提高复合材料层压板层间性能的有效途径。针对这种新型复合材料结构必须从宏观尺度与细观尺度上深入系统地研究其力学行为。本文通过对细观力学模型以及VCCT方法(虚拟裂纹闭合法)对Z-pin增强复合材料Ⅰ型断裂韧性进行了研究,通过计算应变能释放率对含有Z-pin的复合材料层压板Ⅰ型断裂韧性与不含Z-pin的复合材料层压板Ⅰ型断裂韧进行了对比分析。研究表明,Z-pin增强方法能够有效提高复合材料层压板抵抗分层的能力,极大地提高了Ⅰ型断裂韧性。本文的研究结果具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 The main defect of the composite laminates was the weakness of the stiffness and the strength in the thickness direction,and it can cause debonding in the interlaminar.Debonding was one of the most severe failure forms.Z-fibre reinforced is the effective method to improve the performance of the composite laminates’ interlaminar.We should study systematically and on the mechanics performance of this new composite structure from macroscopy and microscopy.Based on the currently available Z-pin micro-model and VCCT method,the article studied z-fibre reinforced the fracture toughness of the modeⅠcomposite laminate,The numerical results of the strain energy rate shows the comparison between the fracture toughness of the modeⅠcomposite laminate within the z-fibre and the fracture toughness of the modeⅠcomposite laminate without the z-fibre.The study demonstrates that z-fibre reinforced can increase the composite laminate’s resist ion and reinforced the fracture toughness of the modeⅠcomposite laminate aggressively. Consequently,the conclusion of this essay has momentous theoretical significance and the stronger actual application value.
