单向机织物损伤层合梁的动态特性研究

【摘要】 单向机织物复合材料在承力结构上有着广泛的应用,研究各种缺陷对其性能的影响规律是十分有意义的。本文以单向机织物增强环氧树脂复合材料层合板为研究对象,制备了一组含不同大小、不同位置的脱层损伤层合悬臂梁及不含损伤的对照层合悬臂梁,分别进行了自振特性的测试和数值模拟,得到了脱层损伤对层合梁自振特性影响的一些规律性认识。通过实验和数值分析结果的比较,也证实了本文采用的数值分析方法的正确性。
【Abstract】 As unidirectional woven composites are widely used as structural component,it’s significative to study the law about the properties of the composites how to be affected by varies damages.A set of laminated cantilever beams,with different size and different position internal delaminating,and a set of intact beams,were made from unidirectional woven reinforced epoxy composites.The natural frequencies of those beams have been measured and calculated.A number of laws about the delaminating effect on beams’ vibration properties have been recognized. Comparing the results of experiment with numerical analysis,it is proved that the numerical analysis method applied in this paper is accurate.
