电参数对镁基复合材料微弧氧化膜层的影响
Effects of Electric Parameters on Corrosion Resistance of Ceramic Layer Made by Microarc Oxidization on Magnesium Matrix Composites

【摘要】 本文对SiCp/AZ91镁基复合材料进行微弧氧化处理,研究了电流、电压、频率,占空比等电参数对膜层的显微结构和耐蚀性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:微弧氧化处理过程中,当电压、电流和占空比增大时,膜层的微孔数量减少,孔径增大;而当频率增大时,膜层表面微孔更均匀细小。通过微弧氧化形成陶瓷膜层后,镁基复合材料的耐蚀性能得到显著改善。随着能量密度的增加,镁基复合材料的微弧氧化膜层的耐蚀性能逐渐增加,但超过一定限度后,微弧氧化膜表面出现微裂纹,耐蚀性能又有所降低。
【Abstract】 In this investigation,the SiCp/AZ91 magnesium matrix composites were treated by the microarc oxidation(MAO) processing.The effect of pulse parameters(voltage or current, frequency and duty cycle) on microstructure and corrosion resistance was investigated.The experimental results show that,the diameter of micro-pore on the surface of coatings increases with the elevating of voltage,current and duty cycle.Accordingly,coating surface becomes rougher. But,when frequency increases,the thickness of coatings reduces,the surface becomes smoother. The ceramic-like coatings formed during MAO processing can enhance the corrosion resistance of SiCp/AZ91 magnesium matrix composites significantly.As the density of energy increases,the corrosion resistance of composites enhanced gradually.But when it exceeds certain level,the corrosion resistance may decreased due to the appearance of little cracks on the surface of the ceramic-like coatings.
