复合泡沫塑料的动态力学热分析
Thermal Analysis for Dynamic Behavior of Syntactic Foams

【摘要】 本文采用悬臂梁弯曲加载模式对不同玻璃填充复合聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行了动态力学热分析,测定了材料的频率图谱和温度图谱,研究了储能模量、损耗模量和损耗因子随频率和温度的变化关系,并考察了密度、微珠尺寸和填充比对动态力学行为的影响。结果表明:在室温下,材料的黏性随频率增加而降低,弹性随频率增加而增大;玻璃化转变温度和温度谱则显示了比较明显的工艺依赖性。
【Abstract】 The dynamic behavior of polyurethane syntactic foams filled with different glass micro-spheres at different temperatures and frequencies was investigated in this paper by means of dynamic mechanical thermal analysis.Bending load mode of cantilever beam was adopted.The relations of storage modulus,loss modulus and loss factor with temperature and frequency were discussed at the same time.Furthermore,the influences of density,micro-spheres size and weight ratio on dynamic mechanical behavior were reviewed.Results revealed that the viscosity of composites was decreased with increasing frequencies at room temperature.On the contrary,the elastic properties were proved as frequency increases.It was showed that glass transition temperature and temperature spectrum of composites were obviously dependent on process conditions.
