纤维增强复合壳体战斗部爆炸威力试验研究

【摘要】 为了对纤维增强高装填比攻坚战斗部毁伤威力进行有效评估,对裸装药、复合材料壳体、钢质壳体装药在空气及混凝土靶中的爆炸破坏效应进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,同样装药情况下,复合材料壳体装药爆炸产生的冲击波超压大于钢壳体装药而低于裸装药,且不会产生破片对远距离目标造成杀伤;而钢质壳体装药爆炸破片对远距离目标具有一定的杀伤效应。在混凝土靶中爆炸破坏效应来看,复合材料壳体装药在阻抗匹配方面要比钢壳体装药好,更利于爆炸冲击波的传播。同样装药情况下,复合材料壳体装药爆炸对靶体爆炸驱动有效能量大于钢壳体装药。因此,将纤维增强高装填比攻坚战斗部技术应用于反机场跑道、楼房及堡垒工事等混凝土类目标打击弹药中,将显著增强对目标的爆破毁伤威力,实现对目标的高效毁伤。
【Abstract】 The blast effect is researched in the present paper by the means of experimental investigation.In the case of the same explosive charge,the peak overpressure caused by the detonation of explosive charge with composite material shell is higher than that with steel shell. Because of no fragment generated in the case of explosive charge with composite material shell, the distant target is not affected by the fragment effect.However,the reverse condition takes place in the case of explosive charge with steel shell.According to the blast effect in the concrete target, the explosive with composite material shell is superior in the matched impedance as well as detonation propagation to the one with steel shell.With the condition of the same explosive charge, the effective energy produced by the detonation of explosive with composite material shell is bigger than the one with steel shell.
