较大变形范围内炭黑填充胶料超弹性力学行为温度相关性的实验研究

【摘要】 基于含温度箱的自动网格法试验系统,本文对不同温度下炭黑颗粒填充胶料的超弹性力学行为进行了实验研究。研究表明,填充胶料在较大范围内的超弹性力学行为存在着温度相关性,其特点是:胶料随着温度的升高而"先变软后变硬"。在温度升至临界温度以前,胶料中分子热运动增强所导致的软化趋势占主导作用,所以胶料随温度升高而变软;当温度超过临界温度后,胶料的熵弹性效应占据主导作用,即胶料将随温度升高而变硬。
【Abstract】 Based on the Automated Grid Method test system with environmental temperature box,the experimental investigation on the hyperelasticity of carbon black particle-filled rubber at different temperatures is carried out in this paper.The investigation result demonstrates that the hyperelasticity of particle-filled rubber under moderate finite deformation is dependent on temperature,which the rubber is becoming softened earlier and hardened later with increasing temperature.Before the environmental temperature reaching to a critical temperature,the stress-softing process induced by intensification of motion of molecules in rubber is predominant, so the rubber softens with increasing temperature;when the temperature goes beyond critical temperature,the entropy hyperelasticity effect of rubber is principal,so the rubber hardens with increasing temperature.
