AI/CF/TDE-85复合层合板的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 本文制备了Al/CF/TDE-85复合层合板(Fiber Metal Laminates),并对制备的层板进行了常温力学性能进行了初步研究,同时采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对这种层合板的界面状态及结构进行了分析。研究表明:Al/CF/TDE85这种纤维金属层板具有良好的力学性能,它的拉伸、弯曲与剪切强度达到或超过ARALL,GLARE复合板的相应值。SEM对Al/CF/TDE-85层板界面状态及结构的分析表明Al与CF/TDE85的界面均粘接良好,从而保证了金属与复合材料间应力的传递,提高了这种纤维金属层板的力学性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper,Al/CF/TDE85 laminate has been prepared and the mechanical properties of the laminate were studied and discussed by experiment at normal temperature.And interfacial state and structure of this kind of laminate was studied using scan electron microscope (SEM).The results show that the mechanical properties of Al/CF/TDE85 FML are good,its tensile strength,flexural strength and interlaminar sheer strength reach or even exceed the relative values of ARALL,GLARE.The studies of interfacial state and structure using SEM show the bond between Al and CF/TDE85 was good,which assure the stress transfer between metal and composite,thus enhanced the mechanical properties of this laminate.
