回转体预成型织物的结构设计及其缠绕成型研究

【摘要】 为了织造回转体缠绕即可成型的机织物,采用两组网格线将回转体表面网格化,两组网格线分别代表了经纱和纬纱,经纱沿回转体的圆周方向,纬纱沿回转体的母线方向。网格化的回转体曲面展开,即为预成型织物的形状。简单回转体有圆柱体、圆台体、外凸体和内凹体4种,它们的预成型织物形状分别为平面矩形、平面圆环形、外凸形和内凹形,构成了回转体预成型织物的基本形状。复杂的组合回转体可由简单回转体任意组合而成,其预成型织物是这4种基本形状的组合。实际试制的大小管道接头、波纹管两种预成型织物表明,这种织物无需裁剪,可直接缠绕成型,对负曲率回转体成型也有很好的适应性。

【Abstract】 In order to weave the preform fabrics used for revolutionary composite solid winding,two sets of gridding lines,each representing warp and weft yarns respectively,were used to grid the solid surface.The warp yams were designed in along with the circumferential direction and weft yarns in the generatrix direction.The gridding surface was then spread out and the shape of preform fabric was obtained.Simple revolution solids include 4 types:cylinder,cone,convex revolution and concave revolution,and their perform fabrics are in the shape of rectangle,annular, convex and concave,which are the basic winding preform structures.The complicated revolutionary solid can be assembled by the simple revolution solids and the shape of preform is the combination of the 4 basic structures.Two preform fabrics were weaved,one for winding pipe connector and the other for corrugated pipe.Their performance showed that the preforms can be directly used for winding formation without fabric cutting and was well suited for the winding concave revolutionary solid.
