苯并噁嗪树脂复合材料层压工艺的研究

【摘要】 层压成型工艺是复合材料加工成型过程中一种重要的成型工艺,真空热压合技术有利于压合固化过程中水汽和其他小分子气体的排出,产品的平整性和力学性能均有明显的提高,是一种先进的层压技术。为了实现真空热压过程中,对流胶和凝胶过程进行动态控制,以控制复合材料的胶含量、厚度及密度,保证产品质量,本文采用DSC和化学流变测量技术,研究了不同苯并噁嗪共混体系层压板的真空热压工艺,确定了预热温度,升温和加压模式、最高固化温度。以一定比例的苯并噁嗪/线性酚醛树脂/环氧树脂的混合树脂为例, DSC升温扫描发现半固化树脂在140℃以下反应缓慢;流变结果表明,半固化树脂在140℃和160℃时,初始动态黏度分别为9和11.7Pa·s,凝胶时间分别为6和3.7min,160℃时黏度增长很快;等温DSC显示在190℃固化1h后树脂具有较高的固化程度。因此,确定层压工艺为:预热温度为135℃、压力为0.5mPa,保温6min后,以1℃/min升温至140℃,同时程序加压至1MPa,促进树脂的流动和与玻璃布的黏合;然后,以2℃/min升温伴随程序加压至190℃和2.5MPa,保温保压1h,得到平整均匀的层压板。本文尝试使用不同的升温和加压模式得到不同胶含量和厚度的层压板材。该方法还可用于指导热压罐成型工艺参数的确定。

【Abstract】 Vacuum assistant laminated process are more popular because it can release moisture and volatile easier than traditional laminated process.it can improve the Mechanical Properties and surface appearance of Laminated board,Dsc dynamics and chemical rheology technology are used to investigate Several benzoxazine blending systems which are design for laminated process.Preheating temperature,Heating rate,Compression time and curing temperature are determined by Using the above methods.Using epoxy benzoxazine novolac blending systems as an example,DSC scan show the curing rate is very slow when temperature is below 140℃,The rheology results show that the complex viscosity are 9Pa·s and 11.7Pa·s and Gel time are 6 min and 3.7min when temperate is 140℃and 160℃respectively.Isothermal DSC show that after 1 hour curing process,the resin system have good Curing degree.Laminated process are determined by this method.A good Mechanical Properties and appearance Laminated board are obtained by this Laminated process parameter.this method can also used to determine the process parameter in autoclave molding.
