苯并噁嗪/双马来酰亚胺共混树脂及其层压板

【摘要】 本文以具有良好加工性和机械性能的二胺型双环苯并噁嗪(BOZ)树脂与双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂共混,研究了该共混树脂固化过程中两组分间的相互作用。DSC的结果表明,共混树脂中BOZ组分开环前后含有的酚羟基与BMI的双键之间存在相互作用,并使二者的固化反应在较低温度就能进行,共混树脂的固化终止温度为270℃~280℃略高于BOZ的260℃,远低于BMI的350℃,该树脂较低的固化温度和适中的固化窗口都为其加工成型带来方便。同时,将BOZ和BMI按照不同的配比进行共混制备了玻璃纤维增强的层压板,层压板的弯曲强度随着BOZ含量的增加而上升,吸水率有不断降低的趋势;耐热性也较佳,其中BOZ与BMI配比为1比1的层压板T_g为223℃。并且在混合树脂中添加少量线性酚醛树脂可以使层压板的弯曲强度得到进一步提高。该树脂体系表现出来的性能优势使其有望作为一种具有优良综合性能的先进树脂基体。

【Abstract】 The cure reaction of mixture resins,consist of benzoxazine(BOZ)and bismaleimide(BMI)in several ratios,was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The DSC result approved that cure reaction of mixture resins could occured at lower temperature than each one of their two components.And this change was attributed to the interaction between BOZ’s hydroxyl group and BMI’s double carbon bond.Then the glass fiber reinforced laminates were prepared by BOZ/BMI mixture resins.By increasing the content of BOZ in the mixture resins the flexible strength of laminates was improved while its water absorption decreased.Testing result showed that the laminates have good insulating and heat resistance properties.The glass transition temperature of laminate based on BOZ:BMI=1:1 was 223℃.And the mechanical property of laminates could be improved by incorporating novolac into mixture resin.
