聚硅烷芳炔树脂的性能表征

【摘要】 本文采用Wurtz法合成氯代聚二甲基-甲基苯基硅烷,然后与芳基格氏试剂反应形成聚硅烷芳炔树脂,并制备了树脂基复合材料。采用FT-IR、1H-NMR、DSC、TGA、力学分析等测试技术考察了树脂及其复合材料的性能。结果表明固化的聚硅烷芳炔树脂热稳定性优异,在氮气和空气中,Td5(失重5%温度)分别为573℃和535℃,800℃下分解残留率分别为85.9%和40.4%;玻璃纤维增强复合材料弯曲强度为248.4MPa,弯曲模量为14.1GPa。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a,ω-dichloro poly(dimethylmethylphenylsilane)was synthesized by Wurts reaction and introduced to arylacetylene resin by condensation reaction.The resulted resin and its composites were characterized by 1H-NMR,FT-IR,DSC,TGA and mechanical testing techniques.The results showed that polysilane-containing arylacetylene resin could be cured at temperatures lower than 200℃and its cure product exhibited good thermal stability.The decomposition temperature Td5(temperature at 5%weight loss)were 573.9℃and 535.5℃and the decomposition residues at 800℃were 85.9%and 40.4%under nitrogen and air,respectively.Glass fiber reinforced resin composites exhibited good mechanical properties.The flexural strength and modulus of the composites were 248.4MPa and 14.1GPa,respectively.
