DCPA-PAA共聚树脂固化过程和热性能的研究

【摘要】 聚芳基乙炔树脂(polyarylacetylene,以下简称PAA),作为一种很有潜力的高残碳树脂,备受研究者关注。但炔基密度高固化放热大,纤维浸润性差等缺点限制了其发展。本文合成了双环戊二烯酮单体[(3,3 3,3′-oxydi-p-phenylene)bis(2,4,5-triphenylcyclopen tadienone)以下简称DCPA],并与PAA共聚,制备了共聚树脂,通过热台显微镜、DSC和红外光谱分析研究了DCPA与PAA共混树脂的固化过程,采用SEM分析了固化物形貌,借助TGA评价了固化物的耐热性。结果表明,环戊二烯结构与炔基在100℃左右发生Diels-Alder反应形成了苯环结构,通过DCPA与PAA在甲苯中共聚形成均相树脂体系,DCPA降低了PAA炔基含量、减小了固化放热、改善了PAA的加工性,同时向低极性的PAA树脂中引入了极性基团,有利于其对增强纤维的浸润。共混树脂固化后可得到高残碳率且致密的固化物。此种共混树脂有望成为一种克服PAA固有缺点的新的高残碳树脂体系。
【Abstract】 Polyarylacetylene(PAA)resin has been regarded as the most possible candidate for heat shielding materials.But its further applications were retarded by its poor processing capability,huge curing exotherm and inferior mechanical properties.In this paper,the blends of (3,3’-oxydi-p-phenylene)bis(2,4,5-triphenylcyclopentadienone)(DCPA)and PAA resin was studied. Differential thermal analysis and hot stage microscope technique were employed to study the cure behaviors of DCPA-PAA blends.The Diels-Alder reaction between the alkynyl groups and the cyclopentadienone groups occurred around 100℃.The incorporation of DCPA into PAA resin changed its cure behaviors and made it more processible.High thermal stability of the cured blends was revealed by TGA.And there was no micro-phase separation found in the cured blends.The blends might be a good candidate for the high performance composite matrices.
