明胶/羟基磷灰石纳米复合材料的制备及表征

【摘要】 诸如动物骨骼、贝壳等天然复合材料在经过几百万年的进化过程中,形成了精细的有机无机交替的层状微观结构,并因此而具备了很多的优良性能。一直以来,人们都致力于仿生复合材料的研制。纳米羟基磷灰石(HA)/明胶复合材料因其较好的生物相容性作为骨骼替代材料在近几年得到了很快的发展。但是传统的复合材料制备方法经常会导致羟基磷灰石纳米颗粒的团聚而影响其在聚合物基体中的分散进而影响复合材料的各项性能。本研究模仿天然骨结构,将羟基磷灰石做成纳米片状并与明胶进行复合。在模仿骨骼微观结构同时提高了羟基磷灰石在复合材料中的含量。X射线分析在小角度内出现衍射峰。其中(100)面间距比反应前扩大了3.0nm。表明明胶分子已经进入羟基磷灰石的片层间,形成了有机/无机复合型结构。红外结果表明明胶分子与层状的羟基磷灰石发生了相互作用。

【Abstract】 Natural composite materials such as bones and seashells have been refined and perfected over millions of years of evolutionary selection.Thus they possess many advantages both on micro-structures and macroscopical performances.Hydroxyapatite(HA)/gelatin composite has attracted a great deal of attention and been intensively investigated as bone substitutes because of its good biocompatibility.Traditionally,the hydroxyapatite-polymer composites usually be produced by mixing HA particles and polymer solution simply.In this case the HA powders can’t be dispersed well but were easily agglomerated,or even settled,which influence the properties of composites.In this study,gelatin molecules were intercalated into the lamellar HA via solution intercalation.The d100spacing of HA/gelatin composites was 6.1 nm which enlarged about 3.0 nm compared to the original HA.FT-IR results confirmed that the hydroxyl group of HA and SDS had chemical interactions with gelatin.
