介电弹性体薄膜驱动器的驱动性能研究

【摘要】 介电弹性体是制造主动驱动器最有潜力的电致活性聚合物材料。它具有超大变形、高弹性能密度、高效率、超短反应时间、高疲劳寿命等特点。丙烯酸和硅橡胶是常见的介电弹性体材料。本文分别对丙烯酸和硅橡胶介电弹性体薄膜驱动器的基本性能研究,得出薄膜驱动器的性能参数,并分析预应变、薄膜质量、电极等因素对驱动器性能的影响,给出了制造优异性能薄膜驱动器的方法。
【Abstract】 Dielectric elastomer are most powerful elactroactive polymers materials used in active actuators.These actuators have shown excellent activate properties including large strains up to 380%and high energy densities up to 3.4 J/g,high efficiency,high responsive speed,good reliability and durability,etc.The acrylic acid and silicone are common dielectric elastomer materials.The basic performance of circular actuator made of silicone rubber and arylic elastomer respectively were tested.We get the performance parameter of the circular actuator.And consider the effect of pre-strain,the film quality,electrodes,and other factors on the performance of actuator. This paper also presents a fabrication route for the circular actuator.
