30CrMnSiA钢高温动态力学性质的实验研究

【摘要】 通过附有恒温加热炉的SHPB装置,测量了30CrMnSiA钢从室温到高温(600C)的动态(1.5×103~4.0×103s-1)应力应变曲线,燕利用一维应力技传播理论和传热学原理,修正了温度梯度场对测量的影响。结果表明,在实验温度26~600C内,30CrMnsiA钢的温度软化规律可分为低温区和高温区:低温区流动应力随温度变化剧烈。高温区则缓慢。与准静态不同的是。高应变率下的转化温度有明显的提高。
【Abstract】 Dynamic σ-εc urves(1.5×103~4.0×103s-1) for 30CrMnSiA steel were measured from room temperature to 600C,using SHPB apparatus with constant temperature. The effect of temperature gradient on measurement are corrected based on 1-D stress wave and heat conduct theories.The results show that in the temperature range of our experiments (26~600C),the softening caused by temperature under dynamic loading can be divided into two regions:low temperature and high temperature.The flow stress decreases dramatically in the low temperature region,while it decreases much slower in the high temperature region at given strain rates.The main difference is that the transition temperature under high strain rate loading is much higher than that under the quasi-static condition.
