高应变率下三种钢材性能及损伤机理的实验研究

【摘要】 用Hopkinson拉杆装置系统地研究了高应变率下三种钢材(D60、58SiMn和45钢)的动态拉伸性能。实验结果表明。述三种材料的动态屈服应力和延伸率比各自的静拉伸值均有提高,但它们的应变速率敏感性各不相同。此外。利用剖面法和金相分析对损伤演化进行了详细的研究。
【Abstract】 The dynamic properties of three steels D60,58SiMn and No.45 are systematically studied at high strain rate by using a well- designed SMTB equipment.The experimental results show that the dynamic yield stress and tensile elogation of all tested materials are higher than their static values,respectively.However,different materials indicate different strain-rate sensitivity、In addition,the dynamic process of damage evolution is studied in detail with the metallographic technique for observing the cross and logitudinal sections of the tested specimen.
