基于小波有限元模型的转辙机裂纹故障诊断

【摘要】 介绍了基于小波有限元的裂纹定量诊断算法,首先从线弹性断裂力学的角度考虑裂纹引起的局部附加柔度,建立裂纹结构的小波有限元模型,实现了裂纹结构的精确建模与计算;然后,通过外界激励的方式,测试裂纹结构的前三阶固有频率,从而实现裂纹定量故障诊断。电动转辙机是列车提速后广泛采用的一种新型道岔转辙设备,本文对其关键部件——转辙机传动螺杆开展了裂纹监测与诊断研究,利用小波有限元建立了螺杆数值模型,结合监测获得的系统前三阶固有频率,成功地诊断出螺杆裂纹的位置和深度。

【Abstract】 Quantitative diagnosis of racks based on wavelet finite element method (WFEM) is presented.First,considering the local additional flexibility caused by crack on terms of linear fracture mechanics,the wavelet finite element model of cracked structures was constructed and its vibration characteristics were computed.Then,the real structures were measured to gain the first three nature frequencies.Based on the wavelet finite element model, the contour method was presented to identify single crack in the structure.Electric point machine is an important factor in the safety of the rail services,which need to operate with precision,be reliable and withstand heavy loads.Cracks monitoring and diagnosis have been studied for one of its key parts—screw.Its numerical model is established with WFEM, combining the first three natural frequencies acquired from monitoring,the location and size of the crack on out of running screw were diagnosed successfully.
