单锤激励下气动式振动台的响应分析

【摘要】 针对一类新型可靠性强化振动试验设备——气动式振动台,应用弹性矩形薄板横向弯曲振动理论,建立了气动式振动台的力学分析模型,采用基于薄板系统最小势能原理的能量法(Rayleigh-Ritz法)分析和计算了振动台面的固有频率和归一化条件下的正则振型。在此基础上,结合实际气动式振动台的激励信号——气锤产生的碰撞信号,采用分析多自由度系统响应的振型叠加法计算了振动台面在该类激励信号作用下强迫振动响应的近似解,最后通过有限元仿真软件平台验证了理论分析的正确性,为全面揭示气动式振动台振动信号产生的机理奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Repetitive Shock(RS) machines are a new kind of equipments for Reliability Enhancement Testing in recent ten years.However,the key technics of RS machines have not been studied in detail as yet in our country due to a lot of limits.In this paper,one kind of RS machines is regarded as the specific objects.Combining the vibration theory of elastic rectangular plates,the mechanics model of the vibration table is established.Based on the Rayleigh-Ritz method,the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the variation table are calculated.According to the mode overlap method,the approximate response results of forced vibration are calculated detailedly,which aimed at the specific exciting signal generated by a single vibrator.At last,the theoretical conclusions are validated by the finite element method.The results in this paper will contribute not only to the research and exploitation of RS machines but also to the wider application of these equipments.
