中小型水电机组振动与稳定性测控系统研制

【摘要】 针对中小型水电机组振动的特点和规律,本文设计研制了一套基于DSP (Digital Signal Processing)和CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device)的中小型水电机组振动与稳定性测控系统,能够对振动摆度信号进行实时采集,通过嵌入式DSP对信号进行调理和分析,利用CPLD控制选通输出并显示振动参量峰峰值,当振动超出设定阈值时,系统可以输出报警信号。实验测试考核结果显示,该系统可靠性强,稳定性好,性价比高,对中小型机组的振动状态监测有实用价值。
【Abstract】 In consideration of vibration characteristic and rules of the medium-mini size hydro machinery,this paper designs and develops a set of vibration and stability monitoring System for medium-mini size hydro machinery based on DSP and CPLD,the system can collect the vibration signals continuously and analyse signals by using embed DSP.It can also control selection of outputs and display the peak-peak value of the vibration signals.The system will send an alarm signal automatically when vibration signals is abnormal.By the result of testing and analyzing,the reliability and stability of the system is powerful and the performance price ratio is much high.The system is suitable for medium-mini size hydro machinery.
