自激振荡脉冲射流喷嘴频率特性的实验研究

【摘要】 本文基于水声学和流体动力学原理,建立了振荡腔内脉冲射流频率的模型,得出模态数N、流体密度ρ以及密度变化率D是影响射流频率的关键因素。实验采用SD150测试系统分析了自激振荡脉冲射流动态特性中各参数对其频率的影响,主要研究了泵压和自激振荡腔长对射流频率的影响。实验结果表明脉冲射流幅值比连续射流提高了约20%。泵压升高,射流频率增加。腔长增大,射流频率降低,且存在一个最佳腔长使脉冲射流压力峰值达到最大。实验结果与理论分析一致。实验结果可用于指导工程设计,同时有助于进一步深入认识流场。
【Abstract】 The model of the jet oscillating frequency is given on the basis of hydroacoustics and fluid dynamics in this paper.The SD150 test macro is used for analyzing the effects of parameters on the jet oscillating frequency,the effects of the pump pressure and the length of the oscillation cavity on the jet oscillating frequency are mostly studied here.The test results clearly show that the peak value of the self-excited oscillation pulsed water is larger by about 20%than that of continuous jet.The oscillating frequency increases with increasing pump pressure and decreases with increasing the length of oscillation cavity.There is optimum length of oscillation cavity correspond to the peak value of the self-excited oscillation pulsed water jet. Experimental results show no difference with that of theory analysis,it can be used for instructing the engineering design.
