无粘结预应力楼板—异形柱住宅结构体系的抗震性能分析

【摘要】 无粘结预应力楼板-异形柱(剪力墙)住宅结构体系是一种能实现住宅户内自由分割的新型住宅结构体系。为研究该结构体系的抗震性能,本文依据我国先行结构设计相关规范,进行了系列结构模型设计,并采用Sap2000对其进行Pushover分析。重点比较了楼板中是否施加预应力、抗震设防烈度、水平力作用形式、房屋层数、楼板中预应力筋对梁的加强作用等因素对该结构体系抗震性能带来的影响。从结构的性能点坐标、结构的力-位移曲线及结构塑性铰的分布和发展等方面来评价结构的整体抗震性能。分析结果表明,该结构具有良好的抗震性能,能够满足抗震设防烈度为八度和八度以下地区抗震设防的要求。

【Abstract】 It is available to partition your home in any way in the new residence system,which named unbonded prestressed slab—special-shaped columns or shear walls residence structural system.In order to study its seismic behaviors,Sap2000 was adopted to make a pushover analysis in a series of models,which were designed in Chinese code.Some important cases had been considered,such as prestressed,seismic fortification intensity,horizontal force mode,storeies of residence and the affect in beams by prestressed bars in slab.Some important behaviors had been discussed,such as performance points,force-displacement curves and distribution and development of plastic hinges in structures.The research results show that the residence structures can work well in the region with 8 or under 8 degree seismic fortification intensity.
