大型轴系非线性动力学计算中的若干问题探讨

【摘要】 转子轴承系统是一个典型的非线性动力系统,但设计计算通常采用线性动力学方法,发展非线性计算方法对于大型轴系仍存在相当大的困难。本文对此困难进行了分析,探讨了解决的可行性和途径。探讨涵盖下述问题:线性分析和非线性分析的关系、非线性油膜力计算方法、非线性算法及其选用、轴系非线性设计准则、轴系动力学知识表达方法等。对大型轴系非线性动力学的分析提出一些观点,诸如线性分析和非线性分析必须综合考虑、非线性性能分析算法在不同设计阶段其可以不同、轴系设计知识宜用敏度矩阵表达等。最后介绍针对东方型1000MW汽轮发电机组进行轴系非线性动力学计算的情况.

【Abstract】 Rotor-Bearing System is typical nonlinear dynamic system;the present design process for its dynamic is generally linear dynamic.It is difficult to form the design and analysis methods of nonlinear dynamic for large rotor-bearing system. Targeting the difficulty,the feasibility and solutions for solving the difficulty is analyzed and discussed.The discussion topics include the relation of linearity and nonlinearity,computing method of nonlinear oil film,nonlinear method and selection, nonlinear dynamic design criteria of rotor-bearing system and expression of rotor dynamic system,etc.Some viewpoints for analyzing nonlinear dynamic of large rotorbearing system are brought out.In analysis process,it should consider and comprehensive the features of linear and nonlinear dynamic.It also should adopt different nonlinear analysis methods at the different design phases,and take acute matrix expression for rotor design knowledge.In addition,in this paper,making DongFang 1000MW turbo generator as objects,the analysis process and results of large rotor-bearing system nonlinear dynamic is introduced.
