星箭盒式被动隔振器的动力学设计

【摘要】 本文提出一种全新结构,使用纤维增强材料的圆盒隔振器代替传统的适配器,并对隔振器进行动力学设计与分析。通过初步的有限元计算得到圆盒隔振器频率随结构尺寸和纤维铺设角度变化的规律,进而设计出在某型号卫星发射要求下隔振器的基本参数。进一步的计算显示,利用纤维增强材料的各向异性很好地提高了隔振器的横纵刚度比,使得纵向频率大幅降低的同时,横向频率只有略微的下降;特殊结构的设计使得阻尼层起到了很好的效果,与原有锥壳适配器相比,敏感部位的传递率峰值大幅降低,很好地抑制了卫星的振动,改善了卫星的发射环境;由于新型适配器的高度很低,所以降低了卫星整体高度,为搭载其他设备提供了空间;整个适配器结构简单,易于设计,具有很好的通用性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new kind of orbicular box vibration isolator,which is made of the graphite fiber reinforced composite,is proposed to substitute the traditional adapter.The dynamical performance of the isolator is analyzed and the natural frequencies of the isolator,which are related to the various structural dimensions and the fiber angles,are determined by finite element method(FEM).After that the structural parameters of the isolator are designed in the request of the satellite launch. Further calculation shows that the ratio of the lateral and axial stiffness of the isolator is heightened by using the anisotropy of the fiber reinforced composite,or,the lateral frequency reduces a little while the axial one reduces a lot.The damping layers produce perfect effects by the specialized designed structure.Comparing with that of the conical shell adapter,the peaks of the transmissibility is reduced greatly.The vibration is well isolated by the isolator and the environment of the satellite launch improved.The rocket can carry more payloads because of the low height of the isolator.The isolator has simpler structure,and it can be designed easily and used widely.
