高频振动时效的机理与实验研究
Mechanism and Experimental Research on High Frequency Vibratory Stress Relief

【摘要】 针对目前振动时效的研究仅局限于低频激振的现状,本文对高频振动时效进行了分析研究。首先采用结构动力学理论对高频振动时效的机理进行了研究,然后通过实验研究验证了高频振动时效的可行性,最终结果表明高频振动时效在消除残余应力及振后构件整体应力均布方面具有良好的效果。
【Abstract】 In allusion to the research on vibtatory stress relief(VSR) which is localizated in low frequency ranges at present, high frequency VSR was studied in this paper.Firstly,the mechanism of high frequency VSR was researched, and then the feasibility of high frequency VSR was studied by experimental methods. The final results showed that high frequency VSR had good effects in relieving residual stress and stress homogenizing distribution.
