基于超磁致伸缩材料的高频激振器动态特性研究

【摘要】 针对高频振动时效装置中激振器的要求,对基于超磁致伸缩材料的高频激振器的动态特性进行了研究。根据新型稀土超磁致伸缩材料的工作机理,设计出以Terfenol-D棒为核心的高频激振器,并对其工作原理、结构设计以及动态特性进行了分析;实验结果表明所设计的高频激振器满足设计要求,实际测试结果与建模分析相吻合,本高频激振器将被应用于高频振动时效中。
【Abstract】 According to the demands of actuators in the high-frequency Vibratory Stress Relief equipment, the dynamic characteristics of high-frequency actuator based on Giant Magnetostrictive Materials were studied. A new high-frequency actuator,which core was Terfenol-D rod,was designed based on the technology of Giant Magenetostrictive Materials. The principle of design was analyzed; Furthermore, the dynamic characteristics of high-frequency Actuator was researched. The experimental results show that the developed high-frequency actuator could satisfy the requirements of design and the actual measuring results are consistent with what we got from the theoretical model.. So it will be applied in the high-frequency vibratory stress relief(VSR).
