倒拉式变频液压电梯系统的轿厢振动分析
Analysis on the Cabin Vibration of the VVVF Hydraulic Elevator System with Pull-cylinder

【摘要】 本文以倒拉式变频液压电梯为研究对象,从轿厢的振动加速度超标现象入手,分析系统的动态特性以及系统中存在的主要激振源对轿厢振动的影响。首先,通过对电梯轿厢的原始振动加速度信号和液压系统的负载压力信号进行频谱分析,得到轿厢振动频率分布在100~150Hz之间,而液压系统油液脉动的频率约为63Hz,从而排除液压系统作为该振动激励源的可能性,初步诊断轿厢测速装置中齿轮与橡胶齿条的啮合振动是引起轿厢振动加速度超标的主要原因;其次,建立系统垂直方向上8自由度的集中质量动力学模型并进行理论模态分析,计算结果为系统的固有频率均低于100Hz,表明集中质量模型仅适合于分析低频振动对轿厢的影响。进而对整个电梯系统进行试验模态分析,结果表明试验模态分析所得的低阶固有频率值能与理论计算结果较好地吻合,且试验模态分析结果还表明轿厢中存在着与测速装置中啮合频率相吻合的频带,说明了该装置?确实是引发轿厢加速度超标的振源;最后,采用改变轿厢测速装置安装方式或对其进行隔离的方法来消除其影响,并通过试验证实了方法的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper discussed about the cabin-vibration characteristic of the variable voltage variable frequency(VVVF) hydraulic elevator with pull-cylinder. First, the acceleration of the cabin and the load pressure of cylinder were analyzed. The vibration frequencies of the cabin are about 100~150 Hz and the frequency of the hydraulic oil is 63 Hz, thereby the hydraulic system is not the main excitation to this cabin vibration. And then the mesh between the gear and the rubber rack of speed-measuring device was tentatively diagnosed as the main excitation. Second, the 8-degree-of-freedom dynamic model of vertical direction for the system was established and modal analysis on the whole system was performed. Then the experiments of modal analysis for the system were carried out. The results show that the natural frequencies of the system approach the mesh frequency of the speed-measuring device when the elevator runs, which shows that the speed-measuring device is the vibration source of the cabin vibration. Finally, the way of vibration isolation for the speed-measuring device is presented. And the experiments show the validity.
