核电厂主蒸汽管线振动分析
Vibration analysis for Main Steam Pipeline in A Nuclear Power Plant

【摘要】 核电厂主蒸汽管线运行时发现振动过大,为找出振动过大的原因并为管线振动疲劳评估提供输入数据,需在电厂运行时进行现场振动测量。测量时采用固定式方法在主蒸汽管线、安全阀、主蒸汽隔离阀上布置了高温加速度传感器。试验中首先进行了固有频率的测量,并在满功率运行时主蒸汽隔离阀全开和90%开度两种工况下进行了振动测量。在对振动信号进行处理和分析的基础上,结合升、降功率时的试验结果,对主蒸汽管线振动过大的原因进行了分析。试验结果为主蒸汽管线有限元振动疲劳评估提供了现场实测数据,并为原因分析提供了依据。
【Abstract】 The vibration of main steam pipelines in an operational NPP was found excessive. To find out causes of the excessive vibration and provide input data for vibration fatigue assessment of the pipeline using FEM, a field vibration test was required during operation of the NPP. The maximum and minimum vibration pipelines were selected to test with accelerometers fixed on pipelines, and all four lines were tested with portable instrument as a comparison. Some high-temperature accelerometers were fixedly mounted on the main steam pipeline, safety valves and main isolated valves in the test. The natural frequency measurement was firstly performed with hammer impact to the lines. And the measurement was carried out for two operation conditions under full power operation of the plant. One was that the main steam isolated valve fully opened, another is that the valve opened with 90% of full open. Base on process and analysis of the vibration signals, in conjunction with test results for increase and decrease of plant power, and compared with the data of acceleration, velocity, displacement and frequency, for acceleration, velocity, displacement and frequency, the causes of excessive vibration of the main pipelines was analyzed. The field measured data were provided as input for later FEM vibration fatigue assessment of the lines, and basis for root cause analysis.
