柴油机振动液压伺服主动控制

【摘要】 为减小舰船柴油机所产生的振动对舰船的安全性和隐蔽性所构成的危害,本文针对柴油机振动液压伺服主动隔振系统,建立了反馈控制双层隔振系统模型,用传递函数分析法给出了控制系统中柴油机振动力的传递率。当振动主动隔振系统采用下层质量加速度作为控制目标时,计算了柴油机振动力的传递率,计算结果表明采用下层质量加速度作为控制目标,力的传递率有明显降低。在计算结果的基础上采用直接自适应神经网络算法,以下层质量加速度作为控制目标进行了柴油机振动液压伺服主动控制实验,实验结果表明采用该方法能有效地对柴油机的振动进行有效的隔离。
【Abstract】 In order to decrease the harm of the ship diesel vibration to the safety and concealment of ship, in this paper, as far as diesel active vibration isolation system with hydraulic servo is concerned, and the model of two-stage isolation mounting with feedback control is set up. The diesel vibration force transfer rate of the control system is given by the transfer function analytical method. When the substratum mass acceleration is took as the controlling aim in the active vibration isolating system, the diesel vibration force transfer rate is calculated, the result show that the force transfer rate decrease obviously. On the basis of calculation result the diesel active vibration control experiment is made, in which the direct adaptive neural network algorithm is used and the substratum mass acceleration is the controlled aim. The result indicate that the vibration can be isolated effectively by this method.
