微穿孔板吸声结构在脉冲爆震发动机降噪中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文对一两相多循环脉冲爆震发动机原理性试验模型在不同爆震频率下的噪声辐射特性进行了研究。设计了单/双层微穿孔板消声装置,进行了降噪效果的对比实验研究。得到了以下几点结论:(1)脉冲爆震发动机噪声辐射呈现间歇性和周期性的特点,其基频与发动机工作频率完全一致;(2)噪声辐射的峰值声压级大于170dB,且基本上与爆震工作频率无关,脉冲声压级在140dB左右;(3)脉冲声压级、声功率级随爆震频率的提高而提高。声功率随爆震频率的提高而提高,且基本上呈线性关系;(4)单/双层微穿孔板消声器对PDE模型机噪声辐射的降低都有一定的作用,双层结构优于单层结构,消声器长度越长,消声效果越好;微穿孔板消声器对冲击噪声以及由于气流脉动而产生的单极子源噪声的消除并不十分有效,但对于湍流噪声消减是有效的。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the noise radiation characteristics of a two-phase multi-cycle pulse detonation engine model were investigated under several operation frequencies. Both of single and double microperforated-panel absorbers were designed and the noise elimination effects of the two were contrasted by experiments. Several conclusions were found as following: (1)The noise radiation characteristics of a pulse detonation engine model are intermittent and periodic, and it’s principal frequency is equal to engine operating frequency;(2) At measuring location, the peak sound pressure level of the model PDE is independent to engine operation frequency, it’s value is about 170dB, and the Impulse sound pressure level is about 140dB;(3) Impulse sound pressure level and sound power level and sound power are increasing along with the increasing of detonation frequency; (4) Both of single and double microperforated-panel absorbers (S/DMPA) are all take effect in decreasing the noise radiation level of the model PDE, and DMPA is better then SMPA, and noiseelimination effect will be better when absorber’s length increase. The microperforated-panel absorber is not very effective on eliminating the shock noise and the annuploe source noise produced by pulsant gas, but is effective on eliminating the turbulence noise.
