汽车排气消声器声场和流场数值仿真分析

【摘要】 针对某款轻型卡车上所装配的消声器,综合运用专业声学软件SYSNOISE和和计算流体动力学软件FLUENT,对该款消声器进行了声学性能和空气动力性能的数值仿真分析,结果清楚地反映了该款消声器的内部流场及声场的分布。通过对仿真计算结果的分析,提出相应的消声器改进方案。计算结果表明:改进后的消声器在声学性能和空气动力性能均有一定改善,改进后消声器将更加有实用效果。通过仿真模拟,表明运用数值方法预测消声器的阻力及声学性能在工程中是有效的,为消声器设计和优化提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 Taking muffler of a mini truck for instance,. the numerical analysis of acoustic performance and the aerodynamics performance of muffler has been carried out by respectively using acoustic software SYSNOISE and CFD software FLUENT. The result of the simulation clearly reflects the flow field and acoustic filed. According to the analysis of simulation results, the corresponding improved measures are brought forward. It is shown from the calculation results that the acoustic performance and aerodynamics performance of muffler are improved compared with the original muffler. The improved muffler will have more practical effect. From the simulation analysis, it indicates that using numerical analysis to predict the acoustics performance and resistance performance is effective in engineering. It can be used as reference for improvement and optimization design of muffler.
