颗粒粒径和气载比的变化对气固两相湍流调制作用影响的初步比较
Preliminary Comparison between the Effect of Changing the Particle Diameter and the Effect of Changing the Particles’ Mass Loading Ratio on the Turbulent Modulation of Gas-solid Flow

【摘要】 采用PDPA设备测量,给出了气固两相圆湍射流中,在射流喷口X/D<25的区域内,气相湍流度沿流向轴线的分布。实验采用了粒径为250微米和75微米的铜粉,颗粒的体积气载比为0.139%和0.29%。初步统计、分析比较了在相同气载比时改变颗粒粒径对气相湍流度的调制作用和在相同颗粒粒径时改变气载比对气相湍流度的调制作用。发现气载比的改变对湍流调制作用更大些。
【Abstract】 PDPA equipment is used to measure the turbulent intensity of fluid phase of two-phase turbulent jet flow along the axial direction in the filed of X/D<25.Copper beads whose diameter are 250μm and 75μm are used in the experiment.The particles’ volume concentration are 0.139%and 0.29%.The effect of changing the particle diameter on the turbulent modulation of the fluid phase at the same particles’ volume loading ratio is compared with the effect of changing the paricles’ volume loading ratio on the turbulent modulation of fluid phase at the same particle diameter according to the experimental data.The conclusion given by comparing is that the effect of changing the particle volume loading ratio on the turbulent modulation is greater.
