考虑接触效应的具脱层压电层合梁板的非线性动力响应分析

【摘要】 基于压电材料电焓的变分原理,建立了考虑接触效应的具脱层的压电层合梁板的非线性运动控制方程。通过引入假想弹簧所算得的接触力对系统的横向振动控制方程进行修正,从而有效地避免了脱层之间的相互贯穿,并且给出了假想弹簧系数的计算式。整个问题采用有限差分法进行求解。数值计算结果表明了引入接触分析对这类具脱层结构动力响应问题分析的重要性,可使得结构不出现物理上不可能的振动模态。同时,还详细分析了脱层的大小、深度、位置以及接触力、电压等因素对具脱层压电层合梁板非线性动力响应的影响。
【Abstract】 Based on the electric enthalpy and variational principle,the nonlinear governing equations of motion for piezoelectric laminated beam and slab with arbitrary delamination are derived.The governing equation of transverse vibration is modified by employing contact force which is calculated through introducing into the assumed spring and thus the penetration between two delaminated layers could be avoided.The calculating formula of the coefficient of the assumed spring is presented.The whole problem is resolved by using finite difference method.Numerical results demonstrate the importance of considering contact analysis in the dynamic response analysis to structures with delamination.It can make structures avoid emerging physically impossible oscillation mode.The effects of various sizes,depth,positions of the delamination and the contact force,voltages on the non-linear dynamic response of the piezoelectric laminated beam and slab with delamination are also analyzed in detail.
