【摘要】 介绍针对汽轮发电机组从第6、7号轴承激发低频振动,在全部换用椭圆轴承的基础上,经过升速和降速、变油温、带负荷及和超速试验得到的频域特性。分析讨论升降速过程频谱特征和3000rpm以下的线性频谱与对数频谱特征。对于变油温过程、超速过程和带负荷过程频谱中的特征频率进行分析。提出低频分量的共同特征、产生原因和对于机组运行的影响。对于消除低频分量影响的作一探讨。

【Abstract】 On the basis of applying ellipse bearings to solve the problem of low frequency vibration from the No.6 and No.7 bearings in the turbo-generator unit,the spectrums are introduced under the conditions of increasing or decreasing speed,changing oil temperature,running with load,as well as exceeding speed.Both the spectrums character of increasing or decreasing speed and the linear or logarithmic spectrum under the speed of 3000rpm are discussed.The characteristic frequencies during the course of changing oil temperature,running with load,as well as exceeding speed are analyzed.The common character,producing reason and the effect to the unit of the low frequency component are presented.Also,how to avoid the effect of the low frequency component is studied.
