乙烯基酯树脂及其碳纤维复合材料在化学介质中的老化行为

【摘要】 结合乙烯基酯树脂(VE)浇注体在65℃3%NaCl溶液、5%H2SO4溶液和10% NaOH溶液中的老化行为,对其碳纤维复合材料(CF/VE)的吸湿特性、静态和动态力学性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,VE浇注体与CF/VE复合材料在65℃3%NaCl溶液中的吸湿行为符合Fick定律,在5%H2SO4溶液中,吸湿前期符合Fick定律,但后期吸湿率略有下降;在10%NaOH溶液中由于水解的发生,浸泡后期出现急剧增重现象。VE浇注体与其复合材料的力学性能和Tg的变化趋势与其吸湿行为相对应,在盐和酸介质中,均为浸泡初期迅速下降,随吸湿达到饱和而下降平缓,趋于稳定值;而在碱介质中,吸湿后期呈下降趋势,在10%NaOH水溶液中存在明显的化学老化现象,而在盐和酸介质中并不明显。
【Abstract】 Combined with the chemical environment aging behavior of vinyl ester resin(VE) in 3%NaCl、5%H2SO4 and 10%NaOH aqueous solution at 65℃,the absorption characteristics, static and dynamic mechanical properties of its carbon fiber composite(CF/VE) were analyzed. The result shows that VE and CF/VE absorption obey Fick’s law in 3%NaCl solution,while after long time immersion in 5%H2SO4 and 10%NaOH solution,there is a departure from the Fick’s law,there being a clear increase in moisture content in NaOH solution because of the hydrolysis, while in 5%H2SO4 there is a little decrease in moisture content.During immersion in the salt and acid solution,the flexural strength and Tg of VE and CF/VE decreased clearly at first stage,then tended to a constant,while in the alkali solution,they tended to decrease again,showing a poor resistant to aging in NaOH solution than in salt and H2SO4 solution.
