酚醛树脂的热裂解气相色谱/质谱研究

【摘要】 利用热裂解气相色谱/质谱法对两种酚醛树脂样品进行研究,选择在575℃条件下进行裂解,其裂解产物通过DB-35石英毛细管柱分离和质谱鉴定,获得了有关这两种酚醛树脂各自结构的特征信息,酚醛树脂的热裂解产物的总离子流图可认为是它们各自结构特征指纹。
【Abstract】 Two kinds of phenolic resin were studied by pyrolysis-gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry (PGC/MS).These sample were pyrolysed at 575℃,then the pyrolysis products were separated with DB- 35 quartz capillary column and identified by mass spectrometry.By analyzing,the information of structures about two kinds of phenolic resin was acquired.The gas chromatograph/ mass spectrometry of pyrolysis products of each phenolic resin may become a fingerprint which is characteristic of its structure.
