蜂窝夹芯板有效热导率的数值预报与实验测试
Numerical Prediction and Measurement of Effective Thermal Conductivity of Honeycomb Sandwich Panel

【摘要】 本文借鉴前人的研究工作,建立了蜂窝夹芯结构有效热导率的数值计算模型,算例表明预报结果与实际值吻合很好。建立了有效热导率的测试设备,对Al蜂窝样件进行了稳态热传导实验测试,结果表明在平均温度高于150℃时与数值结果的相对误差不超过7%,所建立的分析和实验方法能够实现对蜂窝结构热性能的评价分析。
【Abstract】 A theoretical model was developed to predict the effective thermal conductivities of honeycomb sandwich panel based on the work of others,the results of an example show that the theoretical values agreed well with those practical ones.To measure the effective thermal conductivities, an experimental apparatus was designed and built,a sample made of aluminum was measured under steady-state,the standard deviation between measured and predicted was within 7%when the average temperature higher than 150℃.The analysis and experimental methods given in this paper can be used to evaluate the thermal performance of honeycomb sandwich structures.
