钙离子掺杂的聚吡咯膜表面仿生沉积类骨磷灰石的研究

【摘要】 钙离子(Ca2+)通过阳离子掺杂进入到掺杂了肝素钠的聚吡咯膜中,考察Ca2+对聚吡咯膜在模拟体液(SBF)中诱导磷灰石沉积能力的影响。结果表明:Ca2+掺入聚吡咯膜后能促进磷灰石在其表面的沉积,缩短涂层沉积的时间,提高了聚吡咯/磷灰石复合材料的制备效率。
【Abstract】 Ca2+ have been incorporated onto polypyrrole(PPy),which was doped with heparin sodium salt,by cation doping.The effects of the incorporated of Ca2+ ions on the ability of bone-like apatite formation in simulated body fluid(SBF) was evaluated.The results suggested that the incorporation of Ca2+ onto doped PPy membrane might be an effective and fast way to prepare biomimetic apatite coating on the surface of PPy.
