挤压铸造法制备AlN/Al复合材料的拉伸与热膨胀性能

【摘要】 采用挤压铸造方法制备了体积分数为50%的AlN颗粒增强纯铝基(AlN/Al)复合材料,增强相颗粒在复合材料中分布均匀,材料组织致密。该复合材料具有较为优异的高温强度,400℃时的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到154 MPa、130 MPa,远高于基体合金。该复合材料与基体合金的热膨胀系数均随着温度的升高而增加,但热膨胀系数约为基体合金的1/2。
【Abstract】 A 50 vol%AlN particles reinforced pure Al composite was fabricated by squeeze casting technology.The composite was dense and AlN particles were distributed uniformly.The composite exhibited excellent high temperature performance,with an ultimate tensile strength and 0.2% proof stress of 154 MPa and 130 MPa at 400℃,respectively.The CTEs of the composite and unreinforced matrix were increased as temperature rose,and the CTEs of the composites were only a half of those of unreinforced matrix.
