准晶增强ZA85镁基复合材料的组织与性能

【摘要】 在常规铸造条件下,向ZA85合金熔体中加入适量Mg-Zn-Y-Mn系准晶中间合金,获得ZA85基复合材料。借助场发射扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪以及冲击实验等,研究了Mg-Zn-Y-Mn系准晶中间合金加入量对ZA85基复合材料组织与性能的影响规律。结果表明:Mg-Zn-Y-Mn系准晶中间合金的加入使基体组织得到了细化,晶界相由半连续网状分布变为断网状分布,从而提高了材料的力学性能;当加入1.7%的中间合金时,其宏观硬度为75HB,而冲击韧性值达到峰值,为18.5 J·cm-2,比原合金提高了102%。
【Abstract】 The ZA85 matrix composite was fabricated by adding Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy into the molten ZA85 alloy using common casting.The effects of Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA85 matrix composites were investigated by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction and impact test etc.It is found that with the adding of Mg-Zn -Y-Mn master alloy addition in ZA85 alloy,the matrix was refined and the morphology of ternary phase in grain-boundary was improved,varying from continuous nets to discontinuous nets,and the mechanical properties of the material were improved.When Mg-Zn-Y-Mn master alloy addition is 1.7%,the increase of macro-hardness of the material is to 75 HB and impact toughness of the material can reach the highest values,and is to 18.5 J?cm-2 by 102.3%.
