Mg含量对亚微米级Al2O3P/Al-Cu-Mg复合材料时效行为的影响

【摘要】 选用0.3μm的Al2O3颗粒,制备了体积分数为30%的Al2O3P/Al-Cu-2.0Mg和Al2O3P/Al-Cu-2.5Mg两种复合材料,利用布氏硬度测试、DSC分析和TEM观察等方法,对这两种复合材料及其相应基体合金的时效硬化行为进行研究。结果表明:亚微米Al2O3颗粒的加入使复合材料的硬度显著提高,但时效前后复合材料硬度提高的幅度较基体合金低得多,且亚微米Al2O3颗粒的加入抑制了GP区的形成,使S’相放热峰变宽;Mg含量增加对铝合金和复合材料的时效过程均有不同程度的促进作用,且硬度值也随之增加。
【Abstract】 30%Al2O3P/Al-Cu-2.0Mg composite and Al2O3P/Al-Cu-2.5 Mg composite with 0.3μm-Al2O3 particles were fabricated.Age-hardening behaviors of two composites and the related matrix alloy were studied by means of Brinell-hardness measurement,DSC and TEM.Results showed that due to the addition of sub-micro Al2O3 particles,hardness of the composite was obviously improved.While the age-hardening efficiency of Al2O3P/Al composite was lower than that of the monolithic matrix alloy.And the formation of G.P.regions was suppressed by the introduction of sub-micro Al2O3 particles,which broaden the exothermic peak of sphase.The increasing of Mg content had differ degree effects on accelerating the aging process of aluminum alloy and composites, furthermore,the hardness increased accordingly.
