微波热解沉积致密化工艺制备C/C复合材料

【摘要】 提出了一种新的C/C复合材料沉积致密化技术——微波热解沉积致密化工艺,即采用微波快速加热预制体,自发产生一定逆向温度梯度,使预制体从中心至表面逐步致密化。经90h的热解沉积,成功制备出平均密度为1.70g/cm~3的C/C复合材料。
【Abstract】 Based on the traditional CVI process and the principium of microwave heating volumetrically, A novel process of microwave pyrolysis deposition technology was put forward.Preform of carbon fiber was heated and temperature gradient was resulted in the process,Preform was densified from center to surface.Carbon/carbon composites with the bulk density 1.70 g/cm~3 were prepared at a temperature of 1 150℃,a methane partial pressure of 10 kPa and nitrogen as diluted gas in the primary process experiment.
